This home renovation involved subdividing a large existing residence into two fully independent homes. Hofman Projects acted as project managers on behalf of the main contractor, Arnokon Projects. Each unit was reconfigured to feature its own modern kitchen, exposed structural steel elements, and spacious balconies with views over their pools, delivering a contemporary two family living solution.
