House Steyn

This renovation added a first floor to an existing single-storey home, creating an en-suite main bedroom, living room, office, two additional bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. The interior was modernised with a palette of cement screed flooring, off-shutter concrete, painted face brick, and a white oak cladded staircase. Resulting in a clean yet rustic modern aesthetic.
